Noble Alloys

Noble Ferro alloys are one of the vital inputs required for producing special types of steel and used as additive inputs especially in the Production of Alloy and special steels. We are offering a wide range of Noble Ferro Alloys as following

a- Ferro Molybdenum

b- Ferro Vanadium

c- Ferro Titanium

Ferro Molybdenum is an important iron molybdenum alloy, with a molybdenum content of 60-70%. Ferro Molybdenum is used in the manufacture of stainless and certain other steels and highly sophisticated, heat-resistant nonferrous super alloys and has applications in the steel, oil, industrial machinery, chemical, defense, electrical and electronic industries.

Ferro Vanadium is a key component in the production of carbon steel used for infrastructure. When added to crude steel, Ferro Vanadium creates a product that is lightweight and extremely high in tensile strength and wear resistance.

Ferro Vanadium is available in alloys containing 40%, 60% or 80% vanadium. The 60% and 80% grades are mostly produced by the aluminothermic reduction of Vanadium oxides in the presence of steel scrap or by direct reduction in an electric furnace. The 40% grade is produced from slag and other Vanadium products by the Silicon reduction process.

Ferro Titanium alloy is a Ferro alloy, an alloy of iron and titanium with between 30-50, 60-75 % titanium. It is produced by using Titanium Scarp & low carbon iron scrap, we are offering Ferro Titanium as. 30% Grade, 40% Grade &70% Grade.

The main applications of Ferro Titanium are as:.

• Cleansing Agent
Ferro Titanium is highly reactive with sulfur, carbon, oxygen, and nitrogen, forming insoluble compounds
and sequestering them in slag, and is therefore used for deoxidizing, desulfurization and denitrification.

• Grain Refiner
Ferro Titanium promotes finer grain structures with the steel matrix. This can improve malleability in carbon steels, thereby increasing its versatility.
The main first uses of steel that requires Ferro Titanium is steel that is produced for the Automotive and construction industries
