Bulk Alloys
Bulk Alloys are the alloys of Chromium, Manganese, Silicon, Magnesium etc. in alloy form with iron (Fe). Bulk Alloys are added to steel during the manufacturing process to achieve the desired degree of corrosion resistance, heat resistance, tensile strength, yield strength and other qualities.
Bulk Alloys can be categorized as bellowing:
– Ferro Manganese
– Silicon Manganese
– Ferro Chrome
Ferro Manganese, a ferroalloy with high content of Manganese, is made by heating a mixture of Manganese oxides (MnO2) and Iron oxide (Fe2O3), with carbon usually as coal & Coke in either a blast furnace or an electric arc furnace. They undergo a thermal decomposition reaction.
It is used as a deoxidizer for steel. We are offering Ferro Manganese with High, Medium & Low carbon as below briefing, all packaging is in Bulk /1 MT Big Bags:

They undergo a thermal decomposition reaction. It is used as a deoxidizer and an alloying element in steel. Ferro-Chrome is an alloy of Chromium and Iron containing between 50 – 70% chromium. The Ferro Chrome is produced by electric arc furnace melting of chromites and chromium ore.
The production of steel is the largest consumer of Ferro Chrome, especially the production of stainless steel with a Chromium content of between 10 – 20%. We are offering a wide range of Ferro Chrome as below briefing, all packaging is in Bulk /1 MT Big Bags:.
